Fef that is a really super bad idea.
I would like nothing more then to make Junji Ito-stuck a thing….but this is litterally the only other crossover idea I’ve had OTL.
You should read Gyo but don’t expect it to be as cool as the net makes it out to be…Also the OVA was the most disappointing shit-fest and didn’t make a lick of sense to boot.
